In dropshipping I get to choose the items that I like and hopefully some one can use and feel good about the item. Affiliate is the Merchants site you see threw our Affiliate/Merchant adversitements. Some will take you to comparison shopping sites. Others to the "Merchants" products, some on our site some on the Merchant site. We in no way have control over them or the sale. Our own site will have 'A & L Merchants, Inc.' on your sales receipt, order conformation, e-mail from us with a return address of loyd@a-and-l-merchants.com. Great question. Remember each Affiliate Merchant may have different shipping schedule so this may also speed up and/or slow down the receiving date? Again read, ask, contact the Merchant with any concerns

Is my Credit Card secure at an Affiliate/Merchants Site?
I don't know. To the best of my knowledge why wouldn't they be. We have taken a large amount of time with our Affiliate/Merchants and have viewed most of their site at different time. The Affiliate/Merchant to the best of our knowledge are sucessful because of their fair and honest treatment of their customers. If you have any problems with any of them PLEASE let us know. There are thing we can do to stop a bad practice.

I seen the same item at different places and there is a price difference? Why?
COMPLETION Some have higher shipping rates and lower item price, some higher item prices and lower shipping rate, some both are high and other are lower. Some of our Affiliate/Merchants site are on comparison sites and others at their own site. We do our best to give you selection.

My Item Was Back-Ordered How Long Do I Have To Wait?
You don't wait. We will contact you to cancel or back-order. We don't believe in back-orders and we avoid when ever possible. To many times we have done this and nothing but a problem. We prefer to cancel your order and refund your money promptly. This free you to get you item from someone who may have it it stock. Or you can chose to wait on a back-order. It might be a day or two or months after months. Once we back-order we will not give a refund till we can cancel from the supplier.

After I make my purchase how long till I receive it?
First of all, most of the time 5 to 12 business days. Second, what are you ordering? A special gift or rush present. A special gift for a special occasion should be place well in advance. The last thing you want is a cancel or back-order because you waited to the last minute. We make every effort to keep up with our suppliers inventory. Just because you have decieded on that gift and think it will be their overnite, good luck. Can you spell disaster? Shipment seem to loss themselves in the traffic flow. Please order so as we have 1 day for processing or contacting if necessary. Don't forget the supplier may ship or take their time. Then there is shipping time. Some supplier have a shipping options and some do not.

I ordered wrong. What can we do?
No, No, tell me you didn't do that. In most cases most of our supplier a flexible. Don't trust that to far. Make sure that you know what your order. Order far enough in the future to avoid mistake? What size, what color, will they like it. If we can contact the suppliers before they process the order that you'll be in luck. The order been shipped too bad. You have to return the item that's been shipped. Then if there a restocking fee I'm not going to pay it. Guess that means you will. Then when they get the item back they chose when to ship. If at time that you are ordering make sure you KNOW what your buying. Chain saws do not work well for cutting butter. If need be "Contact Us". What we don't know we'll find out if possible.

My order was accepted by you, credit card charged and still you cancel. Why?
1st We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone. Some reason are bill to address is different that ship to address. We will try to contact you for verification. The credit card number that resemble the number that are used in scams. Again we'll contact you. The phone number is wrong or fake. The size of order seems out of line. Nobody in most case order 25 bottles of the same perfume to different address. Order that carry different name from one order to another with different phone number but all with the same credit card number.

My item was damaged I want it fixed now?
Calm works the best. No one likes damage goods. These thing take time to get fix or adjusted. If it's a gift you may miss the occasion unless you order early enough to allow for the unforeseen. We will do everything to get it done right and correctly. If you seen the package was damaged let them know before they leave. Some suppliers have insurance on the product while others didn't. If it's damaged in delivering related the the deliverly people will have to be delt with. No we don't know how long it'll take and we will try our best to rush the process along if possible.

How do I return an item?
Boy here's something that I don't like. Canceled damage or defective will do our best to help. Now if you order something and now you don't like it good luck. Why did you order it to start with? And how many other time did you do this. If there restocking fee, shipping fees, and other hidden fees, I'm not paying them for your mistakes. By the time that you deduct everything you might be better off selling it on line. (Auction Sites) I dropship and do not stock in most cases. If we can help we will.
